On the ground floor of the chalet is the 75 m2 apartment with one bedroom, a comfortable living area with dining area and a small kitchen. Ideal for 2-3 people.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and Senso coffee machine.
Bedroom with double bed and 32′ TV infrared cabin, which is equipped with a coin machine. One hour of operation costs 6,- €
Bright bath with large wellness shower and hairdryer.
The beds are freshly covered upon arrival and sufficient towels are provided as well as two bathrobes.
The car park is located directly at the chalet and is free of charge for our guests.
For the final cleaning we charge 68,-€per stay. Pets are not allowed.
What you should know
Directly opposite the chalet is the Gutshof Uttlau Hotel & Restaurant with its beautiful courtyard, where you can sit comfortably around Bavarian style tables or go for dinner after a round of golf.
Breakfast during summer season is available in the restaurant of Gutshof Uttlau. Please contact us and we will arrange it for you!
